KHALID EMSHADI has 10+ years of Research & Development Physicist/Engineer experience in semiconductors in which the last 4 years he focused on fabrication and characterization of photovoltaics devices “Solar Cells”. Core competencies include fabricating and optimizing hetero-junction thin film solar cell devices, design and execute experiments, photovoltaics characterization, semiconductors optical and electrical characterization, XRD, UV-Vis, SEM, I-V, EQE, AFM, photoluminescence, thermal deposition, wet deposition, and statistical data analysis. Form new R&D startup company “Nano Tek, LLC” and built long-term relationship with corporate leaders. Mr. Emshadi received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, from South Dakota State University in 2020. He received his Master of Science degrees in both Physics and Material Science & Engineering from Washington State University in 2012 and 2013, respectively. His research interest focuses on the development of new cost-effective materials and devices for next generation sensors and photovoltaics. He is the Co-Founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of a start-up company Nano Tek, LLC. Received many funds from different government agencies such as NSF, state, and local funds. Khalid is a human rights activist and he energetically supports his people in Barqah “Cyrenaica” to stand-up for their freedom and defend their rights.
